Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. What to Expect from a Reiki Session:
At Iron Lion, our Reiki sessions, led by Tara D'Agostino, a certified Reiki practitioner, are designed to provide a calming and rejuvenating experience. During a session, the client will lie down fully clothed while the Reiki practitioner gently places their hands on or just above the client's body in a series of specific positions. These positions may include areas around the head, shoulders, stomach, and feet.
Each position is held for several minutes to allow the flow of energy to balance and harmonize the body. Clients often feel warmth or tingling during the session, and many report a sense of deep relaxation and peace.
